  • DescriptionRecommended if it is your first session to screen the area and identify any barriers to exercise.

    Physiotherapy sessions are designed to diagnose the pain causes and formulate a rehabilitation program. Soft tissue techniques can be used to settle pain. Referrals for imaging can be recommended in this session.

    Physiotherapists can use the following techniques to help relieve pain:

    * Massage, Dry Needling, Joint Mobilisation, Taping, Trigger point therapy, Bracing, Stretching, Strength

    Your therapist will recommend an appropriate treatment plan after a comprehensive assessment. text goes here

  • Recommended if you have completed a block of physiotherapy and you are looking to integrate a self management program including Gym, Return to Sport, Pilates, Running, Cycling, Swimming.

    Exercise Physiology (EP) sessions are great sessions to 'bulletproof' your body for the future eg. Back pain, Osteoarthritis, Sports performance, Soft tissue injuries, Functional work strength, Posture and Computer work.

    You can develop and upgrade your home exercise program every 6 weeks with a screening and upgrade EP session.

    If you have signed up for a big race, sports representation, running program, new sports team or a physical holiday then EP is a great option to enhance performance and reduce your risk of injury.

    Hydrotherapy sessions are available in this location after an Initial consultation.
