    The Physiotherapy session is designed to diagnose pain causes and formulate a rehabilitation program. Soft tissue techniques can be used to settle pain.

    Physiotherapists can use the following techniques to help relieve pain:

    Your therapist will recommend an appropriate treatment plan after a comprehensive assessment. A Physiotherapist can advise whether imaging organised with your GP is of benefit in this session.

    Recommended if you have completed a block of physiotherapy and you are looking to integrate a self management program including Gym, Return to Sport, Pilates, Running, Cycling, Swimming.

    The Exercise Physiology (EP) session is a great session to 'bulletproof' your body for the future eg. Back pain, Osteoarthritis, Sports performance, Soft tissue injuries, Functional work strength, Posture and Computer work.

    You can develop and upgrade your home exercise program every 6 weeks with a screening and upgrade EP session.

    If you have signed up for a big race, sports representation, running program, new sports team or a physical holiday then EP is a great option to enhance performance and reduce your risk of injury.

    Exercise Physiology sessions are great pre and post pregnancy to support your body as well as improve your strength.

Pilates Initial Orientation 30-45 mins : $125.00

Introductory session including brief assessment of core and pelvis / posture, personalised stretches, matwork pilates for home practice, reformer trial and technique cues.

Pre-requisite for starting 1:1 Pilates 6 pack or Group Clinical Pilates classes (max 3 per class).

Healthfunds accepted

Ideal for the patient looking for a quiet space to develop a personalised program for in-clinic reviews or independent home exercise programming (home matwork or home reformer). This session is recommended for patients participating in community based classes but need a slower pace to work on their skills and technique. The Pilates Orientation assessment is a great to start planning a pre or post natal journey.

Most common conditions we treat with pilates currently: Lower back pain, weak glutes, core and pelvis deconditioning, posture, shoulder and neck pain, knee pain, post surgery, pregnancy, strength and conditioning for Crossfit and Power lifters, Hyrox, runners, weightloss and local gymnasts.


One on One Clinical Pilates (6pack) : $89.00/session

This package is designed for the patient looking for motivation, accountability and a pace suited to their needs.

Ideal for the patient who would like to learn or enhance their skills with stretching, matwork pilates, strength and conditioning and the reformer. This is a great pack to focus on boosting your core and glutes for an event coming up including running or sports.

This package is a wonderful addition to any pregnancy journey.

Bookings taken all throughout the day and not exclusive to certain times.

Initial Physiotherapy Consultation required prior to starting 6 pack with Courtney. This is used to screen and to assess your baseline strength.

This package is designed for the more independent patient that would like to add pilates to their lifestyle but cost is a limitation . Programs are personalised at the beginning of your Pilates Orientation Session ($125.00) and recommended to be upgraded every 6-12 sessions.

Hybrid training One on One (6pack) : $89.00/session

Minimum 30 mins

This pack is the best of both worlds. Half pilates and half strength training. This session has been designed for the busy person that doesn’t want to attend a pilates studio and also service a gym membership. Think quality over quantity.

Healthfunds accepted

We use pilates to activate and ignite the accessory muscles including glutes, adductors, core, rotator cuff and ankle. We then use the gym on site to complete your own custom made gym program. There are options to include cardiovascular equipment should you also like to include some running or aerobic conditioning.

Initial Physiotherapy Consultation required prior to starting 6 pack with Courtney. This is used to screen and to assess your baseline strength.

Options to use the In Body Composition scales every 6-12 sessions to check your muscle mass, body weight or body fat percentage to track your progress. *Conditions apply
