Which consultation is right for you ?

  • In a physiotherapy consultation, you can expect to undergo a thorough assessment of your condition. The physiotherapist will ask you about your medical history, symptoms, and any previous treatments you have undergone. They will then perform a physical examination to determine the root cause of your problem. This may involve testing your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Based on their findings, the physiotherapist will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include exercises, manual therapy, massage, taping, dry needling and other interventions. By the end of the consultation, you should have a clear understanding of your condition and what steps you need to take to improve your health.

  • In an Exercise Physiology consultation, you can expect to undergo a comprehensive assessment of your health status, and exercise goals. The exercise physiologist will ask you about your medical history, current medications, and any previous injuries or surgeries. They may also enquire about your lifestyle, including your diet, sleep habits, or stress levels. Based on this information, the exercise physiologist will perform a series of tests to evaluate your fitness, muscular strength, endurance, range of motion or flexibility. These tests may include a treadmill or bike test, body composition analysis, angles and circumferences, and strength assessments.

    After the assessment, the exercise physiologist will provide guidance on proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results. They will monitor your progress over time and make adjustments to your program as needed to ensure you continue to make progress towards your goals.

    Overall, an Exercise Physiology consultation is designed to help you improve your fitness level, manage chronic health conditions, and achieve your exercise goals in a safe and effective manner.

  • All programs will need to book in for an Initial Consultation for assessment and measuring before programs can be developed. This will take approximately 30 mins.

  • Please feel free to call the clinic or book online for your first consultation.

    Both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Initial Consultations must include an Assessment before treatment can begin as part of the Initial Consultation to be be able to claim on your health funds.

  • Please book when you are ready to start developing your Ante-natal and Post -natal plans including Pelvic assessment, massage, pilates and core strength, flexibility and strengthening. We are excited to go on this journey with you

  • Please send through your Post op details, Surgeons name and exercise protocol if you have it so we can get medical clearance for your first consult for you.

  • Please contact the clinic so we can discuss the best way to get started

  • Please feel free to send us your referral prior so we can make contact with you doctor.

    We are able to accept both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology referrals at this location.

  • 30min, 45 min and 60 mins

  • Please send you paperwork in prior to make sure it is complete

    We are unable to offer bulk billing in this location through Medicare.

  • Please send through your claim number and medical certificate prior so we can contact your case manager to confirm approval for you.

  • Please feel free to call the clinic or to book online your Initial consultation to set your goals and begin your pre sports/ in season screening. This screening process will take approximately 30 mins.

Our patients receive complimentary Body Composition testing every 6 weeks of successful programming included in your consultation. This testing includes Lean Muscle Mass, Body Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Circumferences and Body Fat % if appropriate.
